- When I separate the bowl from the mixer, I always give my dough to another mixer and scrape it off to get an unmixed portion.
- Iuses at least two proteins or two cups of cream to defeat. One of them is too small, it’s not correctly placed in a large bowl. The solution is to buy a 3/4 or 5/4 bowl.
- The right distance between spire and drum is crucial for perfect mixing. Mine was set at maximum. At first I thought it was in the bowl, but after checking it’s the right setting. If installed correctly, the boiler only cleans the side and bottom of the tank.
